  David Neithardt is the Founder & Managing Partner of Hammock Park Capital LLC. David has over 30 years of investment experience. Prior to Hammock Park, David was a Co-Founder & Senior Partner of General American Capital Partners, LLC (GACP), an independent private equity sponsor focused on partnering with management teams to create long term shareholder value through control and influential minority investments. David was also a Co-Founder & Senior Partner of 1848 Capital Partners LLC, an independent private equity sponsor focused on private investments in the middle market. Earlier in his career, David was an Associate at Maplewood Partners LP, and an Analyst and Associate in the corporate finance group at Smith Barney Inc. David currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Synaptic Aviation Inc., an Ai software company providing innovative solutions to the aviation industry.  David also currently serves as an active Board Member of OWYN™ (Only What You Need), and he also serves on the Board of Directors and Investment Committee of Quintasen Real Estate Master Fund, LP, an investment fund focused on aggregating a portfolio of build-for-rent homes.  He is a Board Member of Brazil Tower Company LLC, and he previously served as a Board Member of Heartland Food Corp., Eastern Air Lines Inc., and Jet Support Services Inc. David graduated from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College with an M.B.A. and graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering.
